For brands
The execution layer for pharmacy brands.
We multiply the impact of the people you have, and execute where they can’t be. Independent, scalable, fully tracked, and on the ground in pharmacies right across Australia.
The problem
Most of the channel is dark.
Australia has around 5,800 community pharmacies. Even a strong field team reaches a fraction of them. Everywhere else: no briefing, no shelf discipline, no recommendation, no data. Those stores still sell your category every day.
- ✓ Regional and independent stores rarely see a rep
- ✓ A 6–8 week cycle means months between touches
- ✓ Unvisited stores return exactly zero data
- ✓ Catalogue and promo windows are hard to cover in full
The Australian pharmacy network, to scale, each square ≈ 30 stores.
The coverage maths
Field teams are built for relationships.
We’re built for coverage.
Keep your people where they’re strongest. Put PharmaCampaigns everywhere else.
| Being in store | Traditional field visit | PharmaCampaigns |
|---|---|---|
| Stores reached | The top of the call cycle: typically 1,000–1,500 | 2,500+ active stores every month, and growing |
| Time to national coverage | A full call cycle: 6 to 8 weeks | Days: every store briefed at once |
| Cost per store touch | $200+ fully loaded, per visit* | A fraction of a visit, per verified action |
| Validation of execution | Call notes, self-reported | Time-stamped photos & portal-validated tasks |
| Between visits | The store goes quiet | Always-on tasks, coordinator calls & reminders |
| What comes back | Anecdote | Live store-level dashboard + end-of-campaign report |
*Typical fully-loaded field visit cost, based on industry benchmarks. Bring your own numbers, every intro call includes a coverage model built on your brand’s economics.

Campaign snapshot · consumer health
An established OTC brand wanted presence in the stores its field team never reaches. We ran a 6-week campaign combining REELS briefings, shelf tasks and counter interventions, only in stores outside their call cycle.

Straight answers
Before you ask.
Do we have to replace anything we’re already doing?
No. Most brands run PharmaCampaigns alongside their existing field activity; we pick up the stores and the weeks the field plan doesn’t reach. Over time, you decide the mix; the dashboard makes the trade-offs visible.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing scales with three things: stores, building blocks, and duration. A 90-day pilot has a fixed scope and price; always-on campaigns are shaped annually. See Engagement & Pricing for the full picture.
What does a typical engagement cost?
It depends on three dials: stores, building blocks and duration. A focused 90-day pilot on a few hundred stores sits at a very different level to a 2,500-store always-on campaign. Every intro call ends with a priced coverage model, usually within a week. What we can say up front: the cost per store touch is a fraction of a fully-loaded field visit. See Engagement & Pricing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The 90-day pilot is the smallest engagement we run. Anything shorter can’t generate honest results. Pharmacy execution needs a few weeks to reach full participation, and we’d rather show you a real curve than a flattering snapshot.
Who owns the data?
You get full access to your campaign data (completion, photos, interventions, surveys) during and after the engagement, and the final report is yours to circulate. Pharmacy-identifying data is handled under our privacy framework; see Trust & Compliance.
Is this compliant for scheduled and OTC products?
Compliance is designed in, not bolted on, quality use of medicine principles, pharmacovigilance oversight and conflict-of-interest safeguards on every intervention. Details on our Trust & Compliance page.

Start with a 20-minute call, no obligation. If the goals align, your first campaign can be live in stores within weeks.
